Two days at Capital City of Scotland, Edinburgh. The Perfect itinerary for your first visit.
EDINBURGH
Actually, it was a last-minute arrangement. We had a few days off from work, so we were looking for a little vacation. The location should be easy to go to, reasonably priced, and something I've always wanted to see. At the end, we arrive in Edinburgh. You have more than enough time to visit Edinburgh if you have two days. In reality, we merely stroll through the heart of Edinburgh, stopping to take in a few of the sights, stores, and streets whilst relaxing and unwinding.
Transport comes first of all. At essence, we lived in England's south end. You can select your preferred mode of transportation based on your time and financial constraints. We decide to fly to Edinburgh because we don't want to extend our trip. As flights are more affordable and time-efficient than trains or buses, I would suggest choosing them. From London's Gatwick Airport to Edinburgh, it took 1.30 hours. From Edinburgh Airport to City Center, a shuttle service is available. Another practical option is the train. Through the Trainline App, you may purchase train tickets. Edinburgh can be reached from London in 6-7 hours. Every major English city has a National Express coach that travels to Edinburgh. From London to Edinburgh, the travel time is roughly nine to ten hours.

We made our hotel reservations through Booking.com. I was looking for the least expensive option because I won't actually be spending a lot on lodging while abroad. I was looking for a decent place to sleep soundly. We reserved a fully equipped flat for one night in the heart of the city. There are numerous internet travel agencies where you can book a variety of accommodations. To avoid any hassle later, simply call the hotel's phone number listed on the website and confirm your reservation. There are numerous options for lodging, including hostels, Airbnb rentals, and hotels. You are free to make a decision based on convenience. While exploring, I discovered a few hostels with excellent ambiance and motels near to the city Centre. We were thrilled with our compact, clean flat and it was right nearby the main attraction ,The Edinburg castle.

Who doesn't love to try the local food when you travel to new places? Edinburgh offers so many mysterious alleys which have beautiful cafes with traditional cuisine. Black Pudding is one among most reviewed Scottish traditional food. It is a dish which contain pig fat and pigs blood . But this time i didn't try anything new. Just the usual kababs and Lasagna. I read about The Milkman, which according to all the reviews is too good. Sadly, it was shut down. But because it will be expensive, it is not a smart idea to eat at tourist attractions. In and around the city Centre, there are a lot of adorable tiny cafés, pubs, and restaurants serving Scottish cuisine, wine, and whisky.
